Located in Padenghe sul Garda, in a residence with stunning panoramic views of Lake Garda and a swimming pool, this spacious and modern three-room apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests!
The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, and access through a French door to the terrace with a beautiful lake view.
The apartment continues with a separate kitchen equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, coffee machine, and toaster; a bedroom with a French double bed (140x180 cm) and wardrobe; and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.
Both the kitchen and the bedroom overlook the rear balcony of the apartment.
Upstairs, the apartment features the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with bathtub, sink, bidet, and WC.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms.
Guests can make use of a private garage and one private outdoor parking space within the residence, allowing parking for a total of two cars.
The residence swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th.
Guests may request a baby cot and high chair at an extra cost of âŹ5 per night each.
Pets are allowed upon request, with a small additional fee.
