Bohemia is a newly renovated apartment, designed for those who want to experience Lake Garda in comfort, tranquility, and style.

Located in the quiet village of Calmasino di Bardolino, Bohemia is just 7 minutes from Bardolino, and in just 4 minutes on foot you can easily reach: pharmacy, supermarket and newsagent.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is furnished with modern and functional taste.

The living room and master bedroom are equipped with split systems for cooling and heating, ensuring maximum comfort in every season.

Upon entering, on the right, is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, simple and functional for self-catering.

On the left is the bright and welcoming living room, furnished with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake or exploring the surrounding area.

Continuing, you enter the spacious and comfortable double bedroom with a private bathroom. Both spaces are newly built and finished with modern, high-quality materials, creating an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.

Upon your arrival, you will be offered a welcome gift with typical local products and all the essentials you will need during your stay.

Free parking is conveniently located about a two-minute walk from the apartment.

Bohemia is the ideal choice for couples, families, or small groups seeking a refined, modern, and peaceful stay, just steps from the beauty of Lake Garda.

Upon your arrival you will be provided with all the essentials for a wonderful stay (toilet paper, soap, etc.).

Dogs are welcome but a €30 pet fee will be required upon arrival.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Guests arriving after 8:00 PM will be charged a €30 late check-in fee upon arrival.

Check-out time is from 7:00 to 10:00. You can stay longer by asking the check-in staff member, who will respond based on the cleaning schedule.

Please arrange your arrival and departure times in advance (at least one day before) with the check-in staff, so that we can accommodate you and meet your needs.
