The property is located in a quiet residential area, about a 10-minute drive from the center of Sanremo and a 10-minute walk from the beaches.

The accommodation comprises a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large terrace with sea views.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, smart TV, dining table and chairs, split air conditioning, and balcony access;

- KITCHEN with counter and chairs, induction stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;
