Equipped with a separate kitchen and terrace with sea view, it is far from traffic but close to all amenities, with a 24-hour Carrefour supermarket right next door. Another strong point is its proximity to the bus stop and the ease of parking in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with spacious wardrobes, a separate kitchen complete with all necessary equipment, and a room with a queen-size bed, single sofa bed, and dining table. Both the kitchen and the bedroom open onto the beautiful furnished terrace, which offers a pleasant sea view. The apartment is completed by a comfortable bathroom with shower.
