-Room n2 with two single beds -90x200 cm (each)
-Room n3 with two single beds- 90x200 cm (each).
-Plus 1 sofa bed 160x190 and 1 pull-out bed 80x190
-All bedrooms have blackout blindscurtains.
-Please note: Two of the bedrooms are interior (no exterior windows).
Living Room The cozy living room offers plenty of seating, a dining/work area and cable TV.
Kitchen Fully equipped with a fridge, oven, kitchen utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, wash machine, dishwasher and toaster everything you need to prepare homemade meals easily.
Bathrooms -2 bathrooms with showers. Note: Only one shower can be used at a time!
Wi.Fi Fast and reliable 200 Mbps Wi-Fi connection so you can stay connected.
No A/C- The apartment does not have air conditioning, however we provide fans and heaters. Also, all windows have double glass for better noise insulation.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY:
The listed price includes everything: cleaning (before after your stay), electricity, water, TV, Wi-Fi, fresh bed linens, toilet paper, shower gel soap,etc.
Cribs available (upon request).
Additional towels and bed sheets are available for an extra fee and extra cleaning can be arranged upon request and extra fee as well.

We donât accept pets.
This is a self-catering rental, so weâll provide a starter supply of essentials (like toilet paper and detergent) to get you settled in. Once those run out, we kindly ask guests to replenish them as needed.
This apartment is located in a historic part of Lisbon, where the electrical system has some limitations. If you use several high-powered appliances at the same time (such as the washing machine, hairdryer, toaster, water heater, etc.) the safety breakers may trip. This is normal you have to go to the fuse box and switch all the breakers back on.
Parties are not allowed.
We have a device in our apartments that monitors noise levels. It does not record conversations it only measures sound/decibel levels. This helps ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
CHECK IN RULES
-The building and apartment doors are opened using a code. Before your arrival, we will send you a detailed self check-in instructions. Including all the necessary codes.
-The apartment will be cleaned and ready for you between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
-Unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-in the previous guests check out at 11:00 AM and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for you. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to book the previous night.
-If you prefer, we can also meet you at the apartment upon arrival! Show you around and answer any questions you may have. In this case, a late check-in fee applies: âŹ10 for arrivals after 8:00 PM, âŹ20 after 11:00 PM and âŹ30 after 1:00 AM. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the person doing the check-in. Please note: in-person check-in may not be possible after 1:00 AM.
CHECK-OUT RULES
-You have to be ready to leave the apartment by 11:00 AM!
-Please make sure that you carefully close the apartament door!
-If keys are provided, kindly leave them on the dining table before you leave.
-Unfortunately, staying past 11:00 AM is not possible.
EXTERNAL NOISE
-Most guests have no issues with noise.
-The windows are well insulated when closed the interior is quiet. But, as with any city apartment, some outside noise may still be audible despite the insulation.
