Konstantina and Panos really went above and beyond and made "Live Your Myth" our very lovely home away from home in Athens. Allowing us to drop off our luggage and groceries early so that we could sightsee our first day in Athens, Panos bringing all of our luggage upstairs (we appreciated that so much as we had so many bags and they were heavy!), all the help they both gave us with transportation (Kennedy was especially great; we all loved him!), the tour Konstantina gave us as we walked to Monastiraki Square as well as her help getting us a taxi to the Acropolis and her kindness meeting us later that first night to check us in and show us around "Live Your Myth."I'm so looking forward to returning to beautiful Greece someday and I hope I'll be very lucky again to stay at "Live Your Myth." It was the best! The property is so gorgeous in every way, inside and out. I loved everything about it, most especially the amazing rooftop terrace!! I was up there each morning to watch the sun rise and we loved ending each day there, enjoying meze and nightcaps and the spectacular views of Athens all around us. EfcharistĂł pĂĄra polĂ­, Konstantina and Panos!!!

Excellent location for the Acropolis and dining in Plaka. Konstantina was an excellent host and made transfer arrangements without a problem. We will be happy to stay again should we find ourselves in Athens.

Trip of a lifetime

I could not be happier with our stay in Athens! The property was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The photos do not do this home justice. If you haven't booked yet you better hurry! The rooftop is unbelievable with a 360 degree view of Athens and is directly under the Acropolis. There are 2 other outdoor areas as well. The location is amazing and is perfectly located in Plaka near everything you want to see. The interior is beautiful with a nod to the past, but everything is clean and modern. It was very thoughtfully restored. You can tell the property has stayed in the family and is truly well loved. The lemons on the patio truly are fantastic. I can not give this place a higher review. The house manager and owner are attentive and easy to work with. Even our tour guides were blown away! If you are looking for affordable luxury, the best view in Athens, perfectly located near restaurants and shops while still being safe and tucked away this is the perfect rental for you! I did a ton of research before I booked and there is truly nothing like it.

Simply amazing

If i could have given this 10 stars i would. Fantastic property, fantastic location, amazing rooftop, just all was perfect. And the host, Nikolia, was a key reason why everything went so well. She ensured we had transport from and to the airport, set up tours for us - just made everything go so smoothly. Traveling internationally can be stressful, and her attentiveness and help did so much to remove the anxiety and make this trip simply wonderful. If we come back to Greece, we will definitely be looking to book this place again.

Charming home in a perfect location

The home was beautifully updated. The location was in the heart of all the action and very walkable. Views from the rooftop were amazing at night. Panos was a great host and accommodated our travel schedule as much as possible.

Amazing Athens Property

Beautiful spacious apartment with an amazing close view of the Acropolis. Nikolia was an absolute gem and most helpful property manager we've every encountered. Panos was also very helpful and extremely proud of his property, which showed in the way he addressed maintenance and presentation. Thank you both for making our stay outstanding!

Magnificent Athens

Panos was the Ultimate Host, instantly making you feel at home! He went out of his way to give us detailed information for things to experience, eat, drink, shopping, including walking us around the neighborhood. A owner that shared his beautifully detailed apartment with friendship and care. Amazing property, rooftop patio was the highlight and one of the Best views around of the Acropolis. Great place to stay!

This place was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Athens. It is located in an area of wonderful shops and restaurants with in walking distance. Our host/owner Panos greeted us upon arrival and communicated with us throughout our stay. He is great!!

Perfect Stay

First, not only is the house beautiful but it is so well located close to everything you would want to do in and around Plaka and Monastiraki Square. We sipped coffee and wine on the patios, walked to the Acropolis and multiple archeological sites. Second, Panas is one of the best hosts we have ever encountered. Despite our arrival at midnight, he was there to welcome us and show us around his beautiful home. Anything we needed he was available, including helping us track down some hard to find Belgium trappist beer. The beer request led to a great evening in a local bar making friends with the owner. I can’t think of anything we lacked during our stay. We have already recommended the apartment to friends who travel!

HISTORIC yet MODERN HOUSE in GREAT LOCATION

We have used VRBO many, many times all over the USA and our trip to Athens was the best experiences ever! The house is in an AMAZING location in the historic part of Athens, just one block from Monestracki Square, within walking distance of many of the ruins, including the Parthenon. Restaurants, Bakeries, shopping, site seeing, you name it, all right outside the door! Safe and secure as well! The house is GREAT. The beds were all comfortable, nice clean linens and great pillows! The interior space is massive, more than the 8 of us needed. Kitchen was well appointed with all we needed, including a washing machine to launder some clothing. The Outdoor patio and roof top deck to see the city is a huge bonus. Panos is a great host. He arranged for a transfer from the airport to the house and helped us make numerous restaurant reservations. Our large group of 8 all had an amazing experience in Athens, Panos and his house was a huge part of this experience and i would highly recommend! Thank you Panos for sharing your Athens Treasure with us!
