Absolutely fantastic! The listing is so good but the stay - THE best. The communication with Georgio and Nikolia was easy. They helped us create a fantastic itinerary for our three day stay that helped us to feel like we really experienced the city. The apartment is truly amazing. Clean, comfortable and the rooftop view is just incredible. We had an amazing dinner at the apartment prepared by the recommended chef and the tour of Athens and the transfer to and from the airport had the best driver. Everything about our stay was incredible. We are excited to return on our next visit to Athens.

Location Does Not Get Any Better Than This

Just wow! The location of the villa was directly under the Acropolis which positioned us near all historical landmarks. Our group of 9 made memories that we will cherish forever. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Athens.

Family Trip

Great location! So close to the Parthenon and all of the amazing shopping and food in Plaka. This house is beautiful and located on a nice quiet street. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the rooftop at night and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. We were a large multigenerational family group so a downstairs bedroom was very helpful for Grandpa. Nikolia even coordinated a private guide for the Parthenon for us as well as our airport transfers. Everything was perfect.

A One-Night Stay We’ll Never Forget!We were a group of 8 friends passing through Athens for just one night, and staying at this villa was the best decision we made. From the moment we walked in, we were completely captivated—the space is elegant, spacious, and perfectly designed for a group.But what truly took our breath away was the view. Standing on the terrace, looking straight at the illuminated Acropolis, felt like something out of a dream. We spent the evening soaking in the atmosphere, enjoying great conversation, and just taking it all in.The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Plaka, within walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and private. And Georgios was an incredible host, making sure everything was perfect and giving us great local tips, even for such a short stay.We only stayed one night, but we left feeling like we had experienced something truly special. Next time, we’re staying longer—this place is too magical for just one night. Thank you, Georgios, for an unforgettable stay!
