FLH Cascais Dream Apartment by the Sea

Wake up! You are not dreaming, but the house is a dream!

This picturesque house is located in a street of old fishermen's houses in Cascais, with a superb view of the Ocean, the beaches, the marina and the bay of Costa do Estoril.

The house is located in the historic center of Cascais, 130m walk from the beaches and the train station, 80m from shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The area is very quiet, as it is a pedestrian street and for residents only.

When you enter the house, you will find a modern kitchen fully equipped. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dining area with table and chairs.

The living room is spacious and very bright, extremely comfortable and well decorated. There is TV and WI-FI internet connection.

The living room gives access to the terrace. The terrace is wonderful. With a dining table and chairs, you can enjoy a meal with the best view you can imagine. It also has two sun loungers, where you can have a drink, read a book or simply relax.

The bedroom and bathroom are on the mezzanine. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and simple and comfortable furniture. Bed linen and towels are included.

The sea will accompany you in your dreams, as it will be the first sight you will have in the morning. It couldn't be more relaxing and romantic.

The house does not allow children, as the terrace area can be dangerous for the little ones, for security reasons we cannot accept. Only two guests are allowed.



NOTE: a security deposit of 200€ in cash will be charged by our team at the check-in. It will be returned on the check-out day (or the day before) after a thourough inspection of the property.



A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail with all the important details about your reservation and Feels Like Home additional services.

Guests will be contacted by our team until 3 days before the check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 (8pm) to 24:00 (00am), a late check-in fee of EUR 30 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in). Arrivals from 24:00 (00am) to 07:00 (07am), a late check-in fee of EUR 50 shall be applied (paid in cash at check-in).

All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.

Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.

All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service for an additional cost.

Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo only for the first day.

Baby Friendly - We can provide a baby travel bed upon request.
