The home is situated right in front of the central lake, the Piazzetta, and the Sporting Milano 3, and just a few steps from the main playground.
It’s perfect for those seeking peace, comfort, and outdoor activities - whether adults on holiday or business trips, or families with children.

The apartment is on the second floor and features a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk, as well as a bright and spacious living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Completing the space are a bathroom with a shower and a loggia furnished with a dining and relaxation area.

Both rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with smart TVs. You will also find free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the comforts to make you feel truly at home.
Bed linen, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided.

For our younger guests, we can provide on request 2 travel cots and 2 highchairs.
We also offer 2 bicycles for rent, perfect for getting around or exploring the surroundings in an eco-friendly way.
