Welcome to this cozy loft located right in the heart of Arcos de la Frontera, ideal for up to 4 guests.
The exterior offers a spacious private rooftop terrace with no furniture, perfect for enjoying the outdoors during your stay.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and is spread over two levels. It features a loft-style layout with open spaces and no doors in the bedrooms. Upon entering, the ground floor includes a living-dining area with Smart TV, an open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob, a sleeping area with a double bed and wardrobe, and a full bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils so you can cook comfortably and feel at home. Next to the staircase there is a single bed, and going up to the second floor, before accessing the rooftop terrace, you will find another single bed. There is air conditioning and a portable radiator that you can place wherever you prefer. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available.
