This charming apartment with a balcony, situated in the vibrant city of Matosinhos and decorated to provide comfort, is the ideal retreat to enjoy the proximity to the sea, local cuisine, and explore the northern region of Portugal.

Ideal for families, this apartment features an open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing, and also features a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stovetop, and dishwasher to help with your daily needs.

Access to the balcony is conveniently located off the kitchen and living room, allowing you to enjoy outdoor moments. The space has a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying natural light during the day.

Both bedrooms are harmoniously decorated and have wardrobes to store your belongings. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a Queen size bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds, comfortably accommodating the whole family.

All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms feature all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located in one of the region's most cosmopolitan and vibrant areas, this accommodation places you in the heart of Matosinhos Sul, synonymous with quality of life, where modern architecture meets the Atlantic breeze. The energy here is invigorating and relaxed: in the morning, you see surfers walking to Matosinhos Beach (just a few minutes away on foot) and families enjoying the vast stretch of sand or the seaside promenade.

The neighbourhood is world-famous for its Gastronomy. Matosinhos is affectionately known as Porto's "dining room", and you will be surrounded by the best fresh fish and seafood restaurants in the world, where street grills perfume the air with tradition. Furthermore, you are steps away from the City Park (the largest urban park in the country), connecting nature's green to the sea's blue, and the iconic "Anemone" sculpture (She Changes). The award-winning Leixões Cruise Terminal and the House of Architecture are also must-visits in the area.

Despite being by the seaside, the connection to Porto's Historic Centre is impeccable. The Câmara de Matosinhos Metro station is very close and offers a direct and scenic connection to Trindade and Bolhão. In about 20 to 30 minutes, swap your beach towel for the grandeur of the Clérigos Tower, Lello Bookstore, and the bustle of Ribeira, allowing you to have "the best of both worlds".

This address is also a strategic point for those landing at Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport and wishing to explore the North. With quick access to the A28 and A4 highways, you can easily organise day trips to Guimarães (the birthplace of Portugal), the religious city of Braga, or head up the coast to charming Viana do Castelo, returning at the end of the day for an unforgettable sunset over the ocean.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

There are bus stops in the surrounding streets, with several lines, and the Câmara de Matosinhos metro station is just 450 meters away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 8-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
