The Space:

In the living area, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining table and Smart TV; a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing your meals; a service bathroom and, of course, a large terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy your meals al fresco.

In the bedroom area, you'll find a suite with a double bed and a French balcony; a single bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bedroom with a work desk, on the second floor of the villa. And a complete bathroom with all the

amenities for your stay.

For your convenience, our villa has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with channels, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The Neighborhood:

Matosinhos, a city in constant evolution, is a favorite destination for lovers of surfing and fish and seafood. In the city where the famous architect Siza Vieira was born, you can visit the Piscina das Marés and the Cruise Terminal, a place of innovation that was voted Building of the Year in 2017.

Don't miss the opportunity to stroll through the Matosinhos Municipal Market, located next to the villa, where you'll find the best fresh produce and where the city's tradition comes alive.

And, of course, in this fishing town, enjoy the fish and seafood in the restaurants along the coast. Matosinhos lives from the sea, and we invite you to experience it every day in our company!

On the outskirts of the villa area, the famous and traditional Senhor de Matosinhos festival takes place between May and June. You'll be surrounded by one of the biggest and best festivals in the north of the country.

You can request our transfer service whenever necessary (price on request)



You also have a vast network of public transport at your disposal.



Other Things to Note:

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! Just ask!



For bookings of 28 nights or more we have a limit of €230 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff in to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.



You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request!



In order to make Matosinhos more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €2.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
