Situated in one of the most sought-after areas, this property boasts unbeatable convenience. Situated just 300m away from the historic Richmond high street, surrounded by a plethora of trendy cafes, top-notch restaurants, charming boutiques, and beautiful river sidewalks that start just outside the door. Recently renovated Victorian Maisonette ground-floor apartment Featuring open plan living, ensuite bathroom, and access to the well-kept front and back garden areas.--
The Living/Dining Room--
The living/dining room is bright and spacious. It is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind so you can relax on the sink-in sofa in front of the TV, or enjoy a nice meal at the dining table.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need for your stay, including high end appliances.
--The Bedroom with Ensuite--
The first bedroom features a double bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a stone bathtub. The second bedroom has a single bed.
--The Second bathroom--
The second bathroom is also gorgeous and has a high spec shower.
--The Garden --
The lovely garden is a tranquil oasis, with many and varied plants giving year-round interest.
You will have access to the whole property, as well as the communal front and back gardens. The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
âąâ â Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
âąâ â Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to ÂŁ500 may be applied.
âąâ â No pets allowed
âąâ â No unregistered guests allowed
âąâ â Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume
âąâ â Please make sure to lock the doors and windows when you are not there.
âąâ â Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
âąâ â A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
âąâ â Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of ÂŁ100, and a ÂŁ50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property.
âąâ â Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
âąâ â If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
