The apartment features three rooms, including two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom enjoys a private en-suite bathroom, while both bedrooms open onto a charming north-facing balcony â ideal for enjoying the cooler morning air. The spacious, L-shaped, south-facing terrace measuring 27 sqm is ideal for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks in the Mediterranean sun.
