Villa Stornella is located in Favignana, the largest of the Egadi Islands (Sicily). The property sits at the heart of a large private Mediterranean garden overlooking the sea. It features some lounge areas, sun loungers and umbrellas by the sea, offering the perfect setting to fully enjoy an atmosphere of natural and “authentic” luxury.

The outdoor areas are enhanced by a panoramic terrace, furnished with dining table for 6, chairs, and deck chairs - ideal for enjoying alfresco meals, surrounded by sea breeze and breathtaking views.

Guests will also have access to 4 outdoor showers, a barbecue, and private parking for up to 6 cars.

Internal Description

Villa Stornella consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 apartment, each with private entrance, air conditioning, safe, and Internet Wifi.

Furnished in a modern style with designer pieces, the entire property is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 12 guests, with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Ground floor: The ground floor houses the sleeping area, which includes: 1 spacious twin bedroom; 1 bright double bedroom (with an outdoor veranda overlooking the garden and sea view); 1 additional comfortable double bedroom. All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Still on this level, there are some shared rooms such as a laundry area (with washing machine and dryer) and a large, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is provided with: dining table, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, 4 refrigerators, 4 microwaves, and 4 pantries.

First floor: On the first floor, you will find a beautiful independent apartment with large panoramic terrace offering views of the sea and Cala del Preveto.

The apartment features a bright open-plan living area with large windows and French doors, a relaxation area with double sofa bed and tv, and a modern kitchen. The latter is fully equipped with: dining table, oven, stove, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, and toaster. At guests' disposal also a toilet and a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer).

The sleeping area includes 2 double bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; final cleaning.

Excluded from the price: Extra cleaning on request (20.00€/hour). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
