This two-bedroom duplex apartment is located right in the heart of the city, near the renowned Convento do Carmo and its museum. Famous for its lively nightlife, this area is ideal for those who want to experience the true Lisbon! Within walking distance of the Baixa Pombalina, many museums and historical landmarks are nearby, along with a wide variety of public transport options, such as the Rossio Metro station just 300 meters away!

Here, you’re just a short walk from the charming streets of Chiado, the downtown elegance of Baixa, and the buzzing nightlife of nearby Bairro Alto. Whether you're here to work remotely, explore culture by day, or enjoy the energy of the city by night, this apartment offers the perfect blend of location and lifestyle.

The Space

➤ Living Room
Bathed in natural light from its large windows, the living room is a relaxing spot to unwind or gather. It includes a flat-screen TV and a dining table for shared meals or remote work sessions.

➤ Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, and a coffee maker (coffee not included). Everything you need for casual breakfasts or cooking in.

➤ Bedrooms
There are two compact bedrooms accessible via steep and narrow stairs:
A suite with a double bed, tucked under a cozy sloped ceiling.
A second bedroom with two single beds (trundle-style) and a desk - ideal for work or a quick power nap.
Note: Both rooms feature low ceilings in certain areas, adding to the attic-like charm.

➤ Bathrooms
The apartment includes two bathrooms with showers. One is a windowless interior bathroom; we recommend leaving the door open after use and keeping the apartment ventilated to reduce moisture and potential odors.

Good to Know

- The apartment is located on the third floor of a traditional building with no elevator

- Access requires climbing steep and narrow stairs - not suitable for guests with mobility issues or bulky luggage

- Low ceilings in both bedrooms

- The building is old, with limited soundproofing and an outdated plumbing system that may occasionally cause odors

- Humidity can build up, especially in the bathrooms - ventilation is key

- Car access is restricted in this area and limited to taxis and residents. We recommend using public transport

- The area is lively, especially on weekends - expect some noise from nearby bars and restaurants

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
- Late Check-In Fee.: 25€ after 22h00.
- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.
- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.


CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.


OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.
As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
