The Space

- Unbeatable Location: This apartment is on a picturesque street in Lisbonâs vibrant centre, steps away from world-class restaurants, historic landmarks, and the cityâs celebrated cultural scene. The unbeatable location lets you easily explore the city's highlights and immerse yourself in its vibrant culture.
- Accessibility: The airport is easily accessible by taxi or public transportation, such as the metro. Both metro and train stations are just a minute's walk away, providing easy access to all Lisbon's neighbourhoods and popular day trip destinations, such as Sintra, Cascais, or SetĂșbal. Additionally, if you are driving, a covered public parking garage is 230 meters away (no reservation required).
Good to Know (no surprises!)
- The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building with no elevator, and access is via a traditional wooden staircase.
- There are ongoing construction works in the building and in a neighbouring property, which may occasionally cause noise during the day.
- The apartment does not have air conditioning. However, its thick stone walls and south-facing orientation help maintain a pleasant indoor temperature.
- This is a self-catered property. To make your arrival as smooth as possible, weâll provide you with essential toiletries and supplies for your first day, allowing you to settle in comfortably. Re-fills or replacements are not provided.
- Enjoy our complimentary linen and towels, based on the confirmed number of guests in your reservation. If youâre planning to stay for a week or more, weâre happy to offer free replacements to keep your experience fresh and cosy, free of charge.
- Please note that the cleaning fee only covers the check-out process. If youâd like additional cleaning services or fresh linens during your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and weâll arrange it for you at an extra fee.
- Check-in begins at 14:00, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We kindly request that you return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Please note that guests are responsible for the keys, and penalties will be applied for loss or damage of keys or lock.
- For families travelling with little ones, we have a crib and highchair available upon request for a nominal fee.
- For longer stays exceeding 28 days, utility bills over âŹ150 per month will be billed separately.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:
- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:
- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Childrenâs High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25âŹ).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
- Lisbon is a historic city in continuous modernization, which may result in renovation works in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may occur during your stay.
