- The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with access only via narrow and steep stairs

- Mouraria is a historic, popular neighborhood in transformation: multicultural, lively, and with contrasts. Those seeking a polished tourist area may not find it the right fit
- No elevator or on-site parking; paid parking options available nearby
- No TV in the unit.
- Ongoing construction works in a nearby building.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Staying in Mouraria means experiencing one of Lisbon’s most authentic and historic neighborhoods. Famous as the birthplace of fado, it’s a lively mix of cultures, small taverns, street art, and local shops. Within minutes you can walk to the Castle, downtown, or viewpoints like Senhora do Monte. The area is popular and in transformation, with plenty of character and contrasts, ideal for travelers who want to live the city as it really is.

Mouraria is well connected to the rest of the city, and many points of interest can be reached on foot. Just keep in mind that Lisbon is not flat - we recommend wearing comfortable shoes!

Graça and Senhora do Monte viewpoints are a 12–14 minute walk away.
Martim Moniz metro station (Green Line) is 6 minutes on foot, and Intendente metro station is 8 minutes. Bus and tram stops on Rua da Palma are just 4 minutes away, providing quick connections to other parts of Lisbon. Rossio train station, with direct access to Sintra, is about a 15-minute walk.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
