Arroios is just a short walk to Intendente and well-connected to Lisbon’s city center, making it easy to dive into the city’s best spots.

The Space

- Living room: A cozy space to kick back after a busy day, featuring a 3-seater sofa, TV, and a dining table for 4. Ideal for relaxing or hosting small meals.

- Two bedrooms: Each bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cm), a wardrobe, and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for digital nomads or anyone needing a productive corner.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped for your culinary adventures, with an electric stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules not included). Traditional hydraulic tiles add a unique touch, and the kitchen opens to a Juliet balcony for some fresh air and natural light.

- No air conditioning or heating available in the unit
- Potencial for noise: the building is old, with poor soundproofing, so expect some noise from the neighbors.

To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Trams: Trams are a charming and iconic mode of transportation in Lisbon. Just 10 minutes walking from the apartment there's a tram stop, where you can pick up the famous Tram 28 and explore all the capital's historical neighborhoods.

Train: Lisbon has suburban train services that connect the city to nearby areas. 2km from the apartment, there's Rossio Train Station.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
