Located in the lively Bairro Alto, this recently restored duplex apartment blends historic charm with modern comfort. Ideal for young adventurers, this vibrant area offers an authentic experience of the bohemian lifestyle, where every corner tells a story and every night is an adventure. With a cozy living room, three stylish and inviting bedrooms (four, counting the reading room with sofa bed) and all the modern amenities, it's the ideal base in the heart of the city's nightlife and culture!

- Building
Apartment located on the third floor of a recently restored building without an elevator, in the famous Bairro Alto of Lisbon. Bairro Alto is one of the city's main tourist destinations, presenting two distinct facets: during the day, it is a tranquil and picturesque neighborhood with inviting outdoor cafés and alternative shops; at night, visitors socialize in the streets, exploring different bars and clubs, filling the area with music and animation.

Due to the bohemian lifestyle that characterizes Bairro Alto, some exterior noise is to be expected. Please note that the building is located opposite a bar.

Car access is limited, with only taxis permitted.

The nearest street with car access is Rua da Rosa, about 140 meters from the apartment.

- Living Room
Upon entering the apartment and after a flight of stairs, you are greeted by a welcoming living room with a sofa and TV. Through the French windows, which open onto a typical Lisbon balcony, sunlight floods the space, bringing warmth and comfort. The open-plan layout with the kitchenette creates an ideal social area. Additionally equipped with air conditioning, it allows for a comfortable temperature throughout the year.

- Kitchenette
Fully equipped with an oven, electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine (coffee not included), as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. It is complemented by a dining table for 6 people.

- Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. On the first floor, there is a suite with a double bed and wardrobe, and a bedroom with two single beds; on the upper floor, there is a suite with two single beds and a workspace, equipped with a storage shelf and desk.

Access to the bedroom on the upper floor is via a sturdy wooden staircase with a handrail.

Beware of low ceilings on the upper floor.

- Sitting Area
A small and cozy sitting room, equipped with a sofa bed and air conditioning, is perfect for relaxing (and can be used as an additional bedroom).

- Bathrooms
It has three bathrooms. Two with a shower, en suite, and another with a small bathtub.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Only one set of keys will be provided. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.

- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.


CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.

- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.

- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).

- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.

- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.

- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).

- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.

- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
