Bienvenue à Malibu, où trois beaux palmiers sont au rendez-vous pour vous accueillir lorsque vous arrivez dans l'allée de cette maison de taille parfaite. Se détendre à Sunshine State est un cadeau, et parfois ce cadeau ne cesse de donner. Pour garder votre voiture à l'abri de la lumière directe du soleil, vous avez accès au garage pour deux voitures. C'est aussi un cadeau!

Une fois à l'intérieur, vous saurez pourquoi vous avez choisi Malibu pour votre maison de vacances… elle contient tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir envie pour que votre séjour ici soit simplement parfait. Des canapés confortables dans le salon et la salle familiale vous invitent à la conversation ou à regarder des films. Une salle à manger et un coin-repas sont parfaitement situés pour les moments où vous souhaitez prendre votre repas dans la climatisation.

La cuisine ouverte prétend être son emplacement légitime au centre de la maison. Ici, tout le monde est invité à donner un coup de main pour préparer et cuisiner ses plats préférés. Et s’ils ne sont pas enclins à aider aux repas, il est facile de faire éclater du pop-corn pour les soirées cinéma.

Vous cherchez une promenade après le dîner? St. Armands Circle est aussi doux que possible ... et c’est accessible à pied! Il est possible de faire beaucoup de lèche-vitrines ou de prendre un verre après le dîner dans l’un des nombreux restaurants. C'est des vacances, pourquoi ne pas faire les deux?

Le jardin admirablement entretenu bénéficie d'une quantité idéale de soleil et d'ombre pour que vous puissiez profiter pleinement de votre temps en plein air. De la piscine au canal, des transats au bord de la piscine aux transats du jardin, en passant à l’ombre à l’ombre et en prenant un bain de soleil sur le quai, une voix à l’intérieur confirmera: «Oui, c’est le paradis»!

Respirez la beauté du soleil qui se couche sur le canal. Prenez un bain relaxant dans le bain à remous. Mettez des vêtements confortables et passez du temps avec vos amis et votre famille. Demain sera un autre jour radieux et ensoleillé!

Great Property

We loved our stay at this Lido Key property. It is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach as well as walk anywhere on St Armands. The pool was very inviting and we loved being on a canal. We had our nightly manatee visit and the fishermen loved being able to fish right off the dock. We would highly recommend this property!

Great stay

Great location. Two blocks from beach and one block from St Armand’s. Hot tub and heated pool were great for family. We will return. Management company great to deal with. Only recommendation is to implement a key lockbox to avoid drive to the rental office.

August vacation

We so enjoyed staying in the Malibu home. Perfect home, relaxing vacation. The house was a wonderful to enjoy family time, pool area wonderful. We all loved the dock to fish and just sit under the tree and enjoy the view. Perfect location, one block from the circle. Check in/out process easy. This house would be a definite must again!

Beautiful, relaxing and perfect location

This was the 1st time staying on Lido Key. It did not disappoint! This house has beautiful gardens and beautiful setting. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect. Our kids loved being so close to the restaurants and shops. It was a perfect location for our family that lives only 4 miles from there. We will definitely be back.

Girls week

We had a group of friends stay to celebrate our 50th birthday. What a perfect spot. The house is located walking distance to everything, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The house was clean and spacious with a beautiful pool and right on the canal. Perfect spot to take a glass of wine down on the dock and watch the manatees go by. The rental agency was super easy to work with, very nice and attentive if you need anything at all. We would most certainly rent this house again. The only slight inconvenience was that they don’t use a key code to get into the house. You have two actual keys that need to be picked up in their office in Long Boat Key (which is only 10 minutes away). Not so inconvenient that we wouldn’t stay again, but just needed to note that.

Family Thanksgiving with lots of fishing for the guys

The location was great. The kitchen was out of the 70's Original Formica countertops and cabinet fronts. The hot tub was not working and I was not told about this until I inquired about it being heated. I had to go purchase towel and bath cloths. There were only 3 bath cloths and the towels were awful. They were old and dingey. Most rentals have a service when they clean they take the linens and replace them. These were obviously the owners towels and they NEED TO BE REPLACED. For the price of the rental, you could buy some new towels and sheets!!! Location was fantastic and the layout of the house was great. John at the rental agency was also very helpful.

Nice Spot, But the House Itself Misses the Mark

Our recent stay at this property was disappointing, primarily due to the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. While the location is fantastic, the condition of the home left a lot to be desired. There were multiple areas of visible mold, including on the ceiling and in the bathrooms. The pool cage hadn’t been cleaned in weeks (it looked like)—it was covered in spider webs, mildew, and even had "worn" furniture. Ants were a persistent issue, showing up around the kitchen sink and master bathtub, and we dealt with extremely low water pressure that forced issues with the toilets.The backyard could benefit from mosquito spraying, and overall, the home needs serious TLC. It’s clear this property hasn’t been properly maintained or cared for. Additionally, requiring guests to pick up and return the keys from a location over 20 minutes away is outdated. In this day and age, a digital keypad, lockbox, or having the property manager meet us on-site would be far more appropriate.Great location, but unfortunately the condition of the property does not match the price point. Would not recommend without major improvements.

Great house

Great big spaceous house.. Great for family/ large group! Plenty of room to spread out. Fun big kitchen with seating area and TV. Great location for getting to St Armands Circle. The not so perfect side.. house pretty dated just as far as decor style.. like 1980s Florida decor? But not shabby. Sliders hard to open. Oddly the house is not open VIEW to canal and pier so you almost forgot it was there. Oddly no direct walkway to pier either. Missed design opportunity. Garage filled with bikes and fishing rods and kayaks and surfboards. But most locked up and some bikes had flat tires. Oddly there is nothing in kitchen as far as staples. So remember to bring your own like oil, plastic wrap, sugar, extra kitchen soap laundry soap, tin foil, pepper towels. Etc. Worst part was very bad mattress in master. Didn't sleep well first couple nights. Also remember you have to drive half way up Longboat to get keys. No keypad entry. But rental agents extremely nice! And responsive. Close to beach but doesn't feel like it since no direct road. Luckily the rest of family at Limetree Resort. Sounds like we didn't like it but we did. And it's a great place for a group to gather.

Please note that the FVC does not provide any food products given the safety liabilities in today's environment. This does prevent some challenges for some and we appreciate your position. FVC does provide a starter packet of paper products, soaps, snacks, coffee, and water to get one through the first night. We do ensure that this information is shared in our arrival information and hope that you received this prior to your arrival. Indeed not all of our managed properties have keyless entry systems. Many of our clients still wish to visit and speak to a representative in person; therefore we are grateful that we can still offer an office for those to come to for this purpose. We will share your feedback with the owner regarding the mattress and sorry to hear that it was not satisfactory for you. We do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back at some point and are here to suggest a property that might suit your needs better. Thanks again! Jeff

Sarasota/ St Armands Circle

This house is just a couples short blocks to St Armands Circle and the beach. Or you can stay and enjoy the private pool or fish off of the dock on the canal. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and it was spacious enough that we weren’t on top of each other. The only thing I would recommend is an updated coffee maker that has auto shut off and better quality knives. The knives there are so dull that they are dangerous to use. Overall our stay was great and we enjoyed our time there.

Great location and Relaxing Atmosphere

The house was within easy walking distance to Lido beach and St. Armand’s Circle. The only drawback on location is a local market is either in Long Key or Sarasota so grab groceries before you arrive if coming in the evening. Our first night the sunset at the beach was amazing! We really enjoyed sitting outside watching the manatees and local birds in the morning and early evenings. The home was a bit large for just my husband and me but we enjoyed our stay, the pool, hot tub and just relaxing in the lanai or comfy couch in the living room catching up on our favorite tv shows.

I agree with others that the home needs some updating. You're definitely paying for the location. Tile needs replacing as well as rugs need cleaning. Plumbing is less than average. Even with all restrictions noted, we still had toilet flushing issues. Weeds and mold need some attention.

Social Distance Getaway

Perfect location!! Walked daily to the many shops and restaurants. Our boys spent hours each day fishing off of the dock. We rented a boat for our stay, saw manatees in the canal. Loved the pool and hot tub! The property really could use a fresh coat of paint, new carpeting, and new mattresses on the twin beds. But we would definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful House - Great Location!

Beautiful House! We have been coming for many years. This was the first time at Malibu. It was clean and well supplied. We always stay around St. Armands Circle. I would definitely recommend! We were 8 people and it was perfect - 2 families. We will rent again.
