São Pedro do Estoril Train Station: Just a 3-minute walk from the apartment, this station on the Cascais Line provides direct connections to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré) in about 20 minutes and to Cascais in approximately 5 minutes. Trains run frequently, especially during peak hours.

Bus Stops: About a 5-minute walk away is the "Av. Jardim" stop, served by several bus lines connecting São Pedro do Estoril to places like Oeiras and Cascais.

Avenida Marginal (N6): This coastal road provides easy access to Cascais and Lisbon, making it a convenient option for those traveling by car.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
