Contemporary apartment located in Cascais, promising a pleasant stay with its fantastic sea view and all the necessary amenities and comforts to enjoy the sunny charm of Cascais. Just a 5-minute drive from the stunning "Boca do Inferno" and a short drive from Lisbon, this apartment is the ideal destination for your holidays!

￫ Building
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator.
Situated in an old building, it has some typical characteristics such as poor soundproofing and outdated plumbing, which may produce characteristic odors. Therefore, we advise you to frequently ventilate the spaces during your stay.
Very close to the city center and public transportation, you will find everything you need to explore Cascais and venture into the capital.

Note: Ongoing maintenance works in the building (interior and facade).

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with two single beds.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has one bathroom with a shower.

￫ Living/Dining Room
The living room has comfortable and inviting sofas, a flat-screen TV, a table for 6 people, and large windows with access to the balcony that illuminate the space and from which you can enjoy the sea view.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, and coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee of 25€.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance and an extra fee of 25€ is applied.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
