in front, the garden and a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, ideal
for admiring the unique spectacle of the sunset every day.
The ground floor is a large living area with living room, kitchen and bathroom.
On the upper floor is the sleeping area consisting of 4 bedrooms of which 3 doubles and 1 twin bedroom, completed by 1 shower room.
Airconditioning is present in two of the bedrooms.

road. The property is less than 1 km from the coves with accessible
cliffs and about 2.5 km from the first equipped lidos on the beach.

di Leporano lies about 10 km from Taranto, along a stretch of coast
characterized by low, accessible cliffs and small sandy coves.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
