Welcome to Varley view, a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom home in Colne, Lancashire, ideally placed for easy access to the M65 and the Pendle countryside. Sleeping up to five guests, it’s a comfortable, practical base for families, remote workers, and short-term business stays, with a bright lounge complete with an electric fireplace, a modern kitchen-diner, and fast Wi-Fi plus an Ethernet connection.
Guests choose Varley view for the simple, home-from-home setup that makes day-to-day living easy, whether you’re planning a countryside walking break, a few relaxed town days, or a work stay with a dedicated workspace. You’ll also find family-friendly extras including games, books, toys, a crib, and room-darkening shades for restful nights.

Varley view is located in Colne, a charming Lancashire town with an easy balance of local culture and countryside. A short stroll takes you to independent cafés, pubs, and shops, while a short drive brings you to the iconic Pendle Hill trails, known for scenic walks and historic charm. It’s a great base for weekend getaways, family trips, and work stays that still leave room for fresh air and open views.
Getting around is straightforward:
By car: around 2 minutes from the M65, making it ideal for exploring Lancashire, the Ribble Valley, or the Yorkshire Dales.
Public transport: Colne train station and local bus routes are easily accessible for journeys into cities like Manchester.
Airports: around 1 hour to Manchester Airport by car.
A car isn’t essential, but it can be useful for countryside visits, and the parking makes driving very accessible.

Booking policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
