One-bedroom apartment within the San Sivino residential complex in Manerba del Garda, in a unique lakeside position with direct access to the beach and a shared swimming pool.

The apartment welcomes guests with an air-conditioned living room offering a beautiful lake view. It features a modern sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, a dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, citrus juicer, American coffee machine, moka pot, and toaster. The living room opens onto a lovely covered patio and garden, furnished with a dining table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a magnificent lake view.

The apartment continues with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.
Guests have access to a private parking space inside the residence courtyard and free Wi-Fi.

The shared pool is open from May 1st to September 30th and can be used from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00. Wearing a swimming cap may be required.

Guests may request a baby cot and high chair for a small extra fee.
Pets are allowed upon request for a small extra fee.

Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, you will receive all the instructions needed to access the property independently.
Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

Manerba del Garda lies among the gentle hills of Valtenesi, surrounded by greenery and farms offering tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding, traditional cuisine in local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses. The area also offers many campsites and holiday villages, well connected by bus and easy to reach, with links to the lake’s main attractions. The heart of the town is protected by the evocative Rocca di Manerba, a panoramic cliff overlooking the lake—perfect for relaxing walks in the Natural Park, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of much of Lake Garda and its islands.

The apartment is about a 20-minute drive from Desenzano train station and about 40 minutes from Verona Valerio Catullo Airport.
