Modern apartment in Manerba del Garda, inside the “San Sivino” Residence with swimming pool, playground, and direct access to the beach and the lake.

The apartment, equipped with free Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning in all rooms, welcomes guests with a living room featuring a sofa bed for two, dining table with chairs, Smart TV, and an open-plan kitchen complete with induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The living room opens onto a covered balcony with outdoor table, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and the residence’s park.

The apartment continues with a bedroom featuring a comfortable double bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, and washing machine.

Guests have access to a private outdoor parking space located inside the San Sivino Residence courtyard.

The shared swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th.
A baby cot and high chair can be requested at an extra cost of €5 per night each.
Pets are allowed upon request, with a small additional fee.

Self check-in is available: a few days before arrival, guests will receive all necessary instructions to access the property independently.
At the time of arrival or shortly before, payment of the tourist tax may be requested; the amount is subject to local regulations.

Manerba del Garda is located among the gentle hills of Valtenesi, surrounded by nature and local farms offering tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback excursions, traditional cuisine in local trattorias, and wonderful golf courses.

The area also offers numerous well-equipped campsites and holiday villages, easily reachable by bus and connected to the main attractions of the lake. The heart of the town is dominated by the striking Rocca di Manerba, a scenic promontory overlooking the lake, perfect for relaxing walks in the Natural Park, from which you can admire breathtaking views of most of Lake Garda and its islands.

The apartment is about 20 minutes by car from Desenzano train station and 40 minutes from the nearest airport.
