Anima Rudiae`s Bilo Superior is a lovely, comfortable and cozy
vacation home located in Lecce`s historic center, a stone`s throw from
the ancient Porta Rudiae and every service.
The apartment is air conditioned, as well as complete with accessories such as hair dryer, coffee maker and refrigerator, induction hob, electric oven, washing machine and dryer.

stays in the heart of the oldest and most authentic Lecce.
The entrance is in the anandrone of an ancient building restored to splendor, which retains all the unique charm of Lecce stone.
The
two-room apartment consists of living room with kitchenette and double
sofa bed, sleeping area consisting of 1 bedroom with double bed + single
bed and bathroom with shower.

short walk from Porta Rudiae, the Anima Rudiae apartment complex is the
perfect solution for those who want a stay in the most authentic soul
of the city center.
Everything is close at hand: the monuments,
museums, the streets of craftsmanship but also places of everyday life
in Lecce such as the covered market, the Academy of Fine Arts, the train
station etc.
It is also ideal for those traveling without a car, as everything is also within walking distance.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is in the old town centre of Lecce, where there is a limited traffic and no parking area.
