Il Gelsomino Bianco is a lovely detached vacation home, with small exclusive garden, located inside a historic mansion with shared pool, in the countryside of Mottola, for rent for relaxing vacations in Puglia.

The Il Gelsomino Bianco vacation home is cozy and tastefully furnished. It is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor an entrance hall is furnished with a double sofa bed, from which you enter the living room with an open kitchen. On this level there is 1 quadruple room with double bed + double bed on a loft, as well as 1 shower room.
On the second floor there are two more bedrooms including 1 double room and 1 single room, both with bathrooms.

furnished with sitting area for relaxing in the cool outside. Guests
have free access to the historic mansion`s swimming pool.

Gelsomino Bianco stands in a historic mansion in the countryside of
Mottola, just a few minutes` drive from the center where there are all
the main services.
The solution allows easy access to the city of
Taranto in about 25 km. The coast and the beaches of the Ionian coast
are only 20 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Shared pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Flat located within a villa with shared pool.

- Mandatory heating from November to April, euro 15 per day to be paid on site.
