Two-room vacation house just 50 meters from the beach and the wonderful crystal clear sea of Torre Lapillo, on the coast of Porto Cesareo.
The apartment is on the second floor, with a terrace overlooking the sea, and offers up to 4 beds.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, electric oven, outdoor shower etc.
Pets are allowed.

The
two-room apartment is located on the second floor of the Casa Poesia
mini-complex. The ground-floor entrance is to a small shared veranda,
from which the spiral stairs leading to the house start.
The stairs lead to a small terrace in front overlooking the sea, from which one enters the interior of the house. The kitchen is large and bright, giving access to a second, larger terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining. There are also outdoor shower and washing machine here.
The sleeping area is 1 quadruple room furnished with double bed + bunk bed. There are ceiling blades in the bedroom, while air conditioning is in the living room.

just 50 meters from one of its beautiful beaches, famous for its fine,
golden sand and crystal clear sea.
The center of the resort is
nearby and offers all services. Porto Cesareo is only 5 km away. The
main activities are within walking distance in a few minutes.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
- Entrance with spiral staircase.
- Veranda shared with another apartment.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
