Villa Petricore is a luxury villa with swimming pool, modern and with a large garden overlooking the sea, ideal for large groups on vacation in Capo di Leuca, Marina di Pescoluse.
The villa consists of two independent units, plus two annexes, for a combined total of 16 beds.
Accessories include everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, smart TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, safe etc.
There are two kitchens complete with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle.
The garden reserves for guests ample parking for up to 5 cars, barbecue for grilling, outdoor shower. A Villa Petricore animals are allowed.

in a panoramic position with a large garden overlooking the sea, Villa
Petricore is a fenced property with an entrance gate for cars.
The
garden located in the front of the villa offers refined relaxation
areas with table and chairs, and hammocks in the cool of the pine trees.
At
the back is the pool area equipped with sunbeds for sunbathing. Here is
also the outdoor dining area, positioned under a comfortable gazebo by
the pool, and nearby, the brick barbecue for preparing tasty grills.
The interior of Villa Petricore is on two levels and consists of several independent units.
In all, there are 2 living areas with kitchen and 2 double sofa beds, 4 double bedrooms , and 6 shower rooms.
Finally, on the lower floor there are 2 annexes. Each annex consists of double bedroom with en suite bathroom, living room with stove, oven and refrigerator.
The surroundings of Villa Petricore in Salve
Villa
Petricore lies along the Ionian coast, in the territory of Salve, Basso
Salento. Marina di Pescoluse, with its beautiful beaches, is a
10-minute drive away.
The center of Salve with all services is also very close, reachable in a few minutes by car.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Pool available from April to November.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The villa is made of two independent units and two dependances.
