Inside the villa, bright and airy rooms greet you with views of the garden and the brilliant Sicilian sky.

Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen for comfort, including the extendable dining table perfect for shared moments and family dinners, and the extra-large sofa that invites relaxation.

Each of the three bedrooms carries a soft, unhurried atmosphere.

The third bedroom (NiDo) boasts its own entrance and en-suite bathroom, making it an ideal choice for guests seeking privacy.
Please note that this space becomes available starting from the 5th adult guest, with a small additional charge. If you have any specific needs or would like to use the spaces differently, just let me know.

The lively town of AVOLA, with its beautiful central piazza and picturesque old harbour, is just a few minutes' drive away and offers a friendly and animated atmosphere, as well as numerous shops, restaurants, pastry shops, pizzerias, and coffee bars.

The nearest supermarkets are a two-minute drive away, while on Saturdays and Wednesdays, the farmers’ market offers seasonal fruit, vegetables, and local specialities, perfect for stocking the kitchen.

The stunningly beautiful VENDICARI NATURE RESERVE is only a 30-minute drive (18 km away). Located halfway between Noto and Pachino, it covers almost 4,000 acres of undisturbed marine and bird ecosystems that open onto a clear sea and the long, golden beaches of Eloro, Pizzuta, Calamosche, and Marianelli.
