Welcome to our enchanting cozy rural retreat, nestled within a family-owned Finca dating back to at least the 1800s, where history seamlessly merges with modern comfort. This delightful space offers a perfect blend of contemporary amenities and traditional charm, our oasis offers a unique experience in the heart of the island.
The Space:
The space
Situated away from the main roads in a calm area, you'll enjoy views of the sea and countryside. Perfect for a couple seeking a peaceful retreat. The Finca, surrounded by its vineyard, adds a touch of historical charm to your stay.
Features of our space include:
- Modern, clean, and simple decoration: A comfortable and inviting atmosphere awaits.
- WiFi: Stay connected to the world while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside.
- Washing Machine: Convenience for longer stays.
- Satellite TV
- Air conditioning (inverter)
- Wood Stove: Cozy up on cooler evenings.
- BBQ
- Outdoor Shower: Refresh under the open sky.
- Hamaka
- Private Garden: A serene outdoor space for relaxation.
- Hot & Cold Outdoor Shower: Refresh under the open sky.
- Safe: Keep your belongings secure.
- Essential kitchen amenities.
Linen & Towels: For your comfort, we provide a weekly change of linen and towels extra changes can be requested at will and at a fee.
Safety & Security: Safety box for your valuables, video surveillance with infrared cameras, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, medical first aid kit, the property is also fully insured.
Important: Please note that pets cannot be accommodated due to liability and the rural context. The property is not suitable for parties or outside music, and a serene atmosphere is expected after 22:00, making it an ideal retreat away from the Ibiza party crowd. Also we can not accommodate minors without their parents or guardians.
Location :
The property is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the nearest beach and from the closest Mini Supermarket and small restaurant. Explore the local charm with a short walk to Mitjorn beach and Fishing Port, which holds cultural significance. Alternatively, if you prefer, the Llevante or Illetas beach is just a short 10-minute drive or scooter ride away. The paved road leading to the Finca ensures easy access.
Ecology & Sustainability:
The property will appeal to eco-conscious guests with such amenities
as its grid connected solar arrays that actually inject electricity into the grid at peak sunshine hours, the fact that all electricity supplied is 100% renewable, Our solar assisted water heating systems, Our energy conservations systems, the collection of rainwater in water cisterns and recycling of used waters for irrigation. The recycling of glass, waste food (done by our friendly chickens), paper and soon plastics.
Experiences & Additional Services:
Upon request, we can connect you with Yoga instructors, Massage therapists, and Meditation specialists, Babysitters, Private chefs and more.
Transport & Mobility:
A Car or scooter is highly recommended to explore the beauty of Formentera at your own pace. You can rent them at the port for a seamless experience, during the high season It is advisable to book in advance. There is no public transportation close to the property and taxis are quite expensive.
Events Can Toni Finca:
The whole domain which consists of 3 properties with 3 touristic licenses is available for day use for weddings, retreats and events or for 3-month rental periods from May to June or from September to November. When all the property is rented as a whole we can accommodate up to 12 guests, 5 bathrooms, 7 bedrooms, 8 beds, 3 kitchens and 3 pools we also have agreements with neighboring properties for larger groups.
We look forward to hosting you in our little paradise in this idyllic island retreat.
Other Things to Note:
The host or authorised personnel may access the property for cleaning, maintenance (including garden upkeep), or emergency purposes. Cleaning visits, depending on the length of stay, will be scheduled in advance and communicated to the guest. In case of urgent issues that pose a risk to the property or its occupants (such as water leaks, fire, or suspected illegal activity), the host reserves the right to enter the property without prior notice. Additionally, if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of house rules, the host may inspect the property with prior notice. Guests are advised that the host is not responsible for personal belongings left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Any breach of house rules or suspected illegal activity may result in immediate termination of the stay without compensation. The guest is required to provide all legally required identification information for tourist registration prior to check-in, including that of any additional guests arriving later. This information must be submitted before each guestâs arrival. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in immediate contract termination without compensation. The guest will be held solely responsibleâfinancially or otherwiseâfor any resulting fines or legal consequences.
After more than 15 years of wonderful experiences with respectful and kind guests, we unfortunately encountered individuals with malicious intent who thought they could take advantage of our generosity. For this reason, we feel compelled to clearly establish these terms to protect the property, our team, and the experience of future guests.
That said, please rest assured that we treat every guest as we would wish to be treated ourselves. Our goal is for you to experience the beauty and spirit of this magical island, Formentera, with peace, joy, and love.
