In our bucolic rural location, we are subject to limited internet options. 12 months ago we upgraded to a new service and have experienced consistent 4G speed, as we advertise, and generally much higher. The only service interruption we have experienced in 12 months was, unfortunately, a 10-day period during the Wheeler's month stay when the service provider had transmission equipment problems -- something out of our control. In regard to the other issues raised: In our Pacific Highlands area, the temperature is always in the range of 65-75 degrees F, therefore no one has air conditioning or heat, nor are insects a big issue, therefore few homes use insect screens. As advertised and as is common in CR households, the apartment has a utility room with a wash machine and spin extractor, and a clothesline in the outside car port to complete the drying process. Finally, we certainly would have replaced the missing microwave if the Wheelers had brought it to our attention -- as we did with the 20+ special requests from them that we addressed daily during their month stay.
