Pencarrow, near St Breward, Cornwall, sleeps seven guests in four bedrooms.

The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining seating for seven people, a sitting room with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size zip-link (can be set up as a twin on request), a first-floor king-size with cot and en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor twin, and a ground-floor single along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed decking with furniture and non-enclosed communal lawn and children’s play area and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.5, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: This property includes an indoor BBQ, spacious gym, children’s playroom (pool and table tennis, small children’s area) and outdoor children’s play area, laundry room. Note: No fireworks are allowed on site due to the fact this is working farm. This includes ALL fields over the river where the animals and horses are.

Enclosed front decking with furniture and communal grass area. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at a charge of £30 per dog. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Keep an eye out for the beautiful deer.
On site facilities include, an indoor BBQ, spacious gym, games room (pool and table tennis, small children’s area) outdoor children’s play area and laundry room. Note: There is a stream on the grounds and so please do not leave children unsupervised.

Note: Use of the log burner and unlimited logs during your stay is charged at £30 per week.
Note: Electric car charging is available at a charge of £100 per week.

Town: The Cornish settlement St. Breward is located between Bodmin and Camelford. In addition to offering riverside strolls and excellent access to nearby historical monuments including Trippet Stone Circle, King Aurther's Palace, and Stannon Stone Circle, the community is well-known for its old church. You can dine at the Old Inn and Restaurant, and the local post office is a good place to stock up on necessities. The bustling town of Bodmin, which has more cafes, independent stores, and the Cornish coast beyond it, is conveniently located close to the village.
