The property is easily accessible via the Provincial Road SP17, one of the islandâs most scenic coastal routes, renowned for its extraordinary beaches and coves.

Villa Lea is a high-end private property designed to offer comfort, privacy, and tranquility. Guests are kindly asked to respect the following rules:
Occupancy & Use
âą Maximum occupancy: 8 adult guests. A crib or child armchair bed may be added for children.
âą No additional guests are allowed without prior authorization.
A penalty of âŹ100 per person per day will apply in case of violation.
âą All areas of the property (villa, pool, and garden) are for the exclusive use of registered guests.
Smoking, Pets & Events
âą Smoking is not permitted inside the villa (allowed outdoors only; please do not leave cigarette butts).
âą Pets are not allowed, including on local beaches.
âą Events, parties, or receptions are not permitted.
âą Quiet hours must be respected in the evening and at night.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
âą Diving into the pool is strictly prohibited (depth: 1.50 m).
âą Pool towels must be used on sun loungers.
âą Umbrellas must be closed in windy conditions or when unattended.
Comfort, Energy & Equipment
âą Air conditioning must be used responsibly and not with windows open.
âą Electricity consumption is included up to 100 kWh/week.
