located in a condominium context in a peripheral area but very close to
the sea.
The house is located on the ground floor, with free parking space in the fully fenced condominium parking lot.
The
interior of the apartment is simple, with everything you need for a
peaceful vacation by the sea. The entrance is in the living room
furnished with kitchen, dining room, TV, 1 double sofa bed.
Serving the living area is a veranda where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.
The sleeping area is a double bedroom. Complete the house 1 bathroom shower.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
-  First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 27 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Sofa bed not suitable for adults.
- The air conditioning is in the living room.
