Vacation apartment in Vieste, in the heart of the historic
center among the most beautiful seaside villages in the Gargano. The

The
three-room apartment is among the oldest dwellings in the historic
center, completely renovated preserving the charm of the simplest
historic dwellings.
It is located on the second floor and can be
reached by an external staircase. The house has an entrance into a large
living room with dining room, open kitchenette, double sofa bed and TV, with a small balcony overlooking the sea.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms. Also present are 2 shower rooms.
Complete the apartment a small terrace with sea view and wicker sofas allows you to relax outdoors enjoying a postcard view, reached by external spiral staircase.

The
vacation home is located in the heart of the historic center of Vieste,
in an area away from traffic and interdicted to cars, to fully enjoy
the beautiful old town.
The dwelling is located between the Norman
Swabian castle and the town`s cathedral, with sea views only 150 meters
away and the beautiful Pizzomunno beach less than 500 meters away, within walking distance.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Z.T.L. area from 01/06 to 26/09 it is not possible to circulate or park the car in the neighborhood where the apartment is located.
