Villa Il sogno di Marghy is a villa with swimming pool for relaxing stays in Puglia, in the nature of the Valle d`Itria, in the territory of Cisternino. The villa with large outdoor spaces offers up to 10 beds.
Recently renovated, the villa is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, internet with starlink, smart TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, mosquito nets, safe, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker etc.
In
the large garden there are comfortable spaces equipped to fully enjoy
the vacation in the open air, with automatic gate, parking, outdoor
shower and barbecue for grilling.

The
charming dwelling, completely renovated, is furnished in rural chic
style, with characteristic furniture elements, comfortable spaces and
Apulian atmospheres that instill tranquility.
The newly built
swimming pool is the ideal place to regenerate body and mind, the large
veranda with white curtains shelters from the sun and allows you to
lunch and dine al fresco, and prepare excellent grills on the brick
barbecue cooking area.
A large limestone bench and cushions are perfect for chatting in the cool, moonlit sunshine.
The
interiors of the Villa Il sogno di Marghy are cool, cozy, furnished
with elements inspired by the peasant life of daily life and festivals,
with the beautiful handcrafted luminarias illuminating the bedrooms.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including one double and two triples. In addition, there is 1 double sofa bed in the large living room.
All rooms have en suite shower rooms. Completing the interior is a laundry room with a toilet and washing machine.
Air conditioning cools all rooms, the kitchen is equipped with induction cooktop.

vacation villa Il Sogno di Marghy is located in the countryside of
Cisternino, in Valle d`Itria, an enchanting land of characteristic
trulli, picturesque dry stone walls and lush and charming Mediterranean
vegetation.
The location allows you to reach the town center in
about 2 km. All the main services can be found there, as well as
numerous cultural, historical and culinary attractions.
A few
minutes away there are beautiful Apulian tourist destinations such as
Alberobello, Ostuni and Locorotondo, all worth visiting.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 300, payable on-site.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 68 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
