Upon arriving at Villa Ametista, you immediately feel as though you’re entering a world of its own—a place where slow mornings blend into serene afternoons and the Mediterranean rhythm becomes effortless. Outdoors, the villa features a beautiful private 5×9 m pool with a glimpse of the sea, surrounded by a well-kept garden where children can play safely while adults unwind nearby.

The sun-kissed solarium invites you to relax without hurry, while the shaded veranda overlooking the pool is ideal for moments of quiet and freshness. The spacious and bright outdoor dining area, fully equipped with a barbecue, turns every meal into a special moment to share with your loved ones.

In the garden, you’ll also find a secluded corner designed for reading a good book or enjoying a peaceful break while the rest of the group follows their own rhythm.

Completing the outdoor space is a modern, fully equipped external bathroom, comfortable and practical, making outdoor living even more enjoyable.

Inside, the villa welcomes with bright and inviting spaces: 150 sqm designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The spacious living room, warm and Mediterranean in character, features comfortable sofas, an elegant stone fireplace, and large windows that fill the room with natural light throughout the day. The sofa bed is ideal for those who prefer separate sleeping arrangements or simply want a cozy spot to relax.

The well-equipped and functional kitchen is perfect for preparing slow breakfasts, shared lunches, or dinners to enjoy under the porch.

The sleeping area includes three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private TV and a unique touch of color and personality. Two rooms feature standard double beds, while the third offers a welcoming French bed.

Two fully equipped bathrooms are also available, designed to provide comfort and practicality throughout your stay.

During your stay, you will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a comfortable and completely private experience.



Upon your arrival, you’ll find everything you need for a short stay, and—upon request—we can also provide essential amenities for families with young children, including a baby cot, high chair, baby bath, safety rail, and more, suitable for infants from 0 to 3 years old.

You will also have access to a detailed guide with useful information about the villa and the surrounding area, while my wife and I will remain fully available for any need. We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside or a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.

For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. They exclusively use certified “EU ECOLABEL’’ products, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment for you and your loved ones.

To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.

Submission of identity documents: Each guest must provide a valid document (ID Card, Passport, or Driver’s License).

Online identity verification: The system includes a guest recognition process before access.

Access code reception: The entry code for the villa will be sent only after the registration process is completed.

Tourist tax: It will be automatically calculated based on the number of nights booked and can be paid online at the end of the check-in process. The tax applies for a maximum of 5 days for guests aged 14 and older.

The villa is located in a quiet and secluded countryside area of Alcamo, surrounded by greenery and just a 10-minute drive from all essential amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants. Castellammare del Golfo, with its marina, beaches, and lively summer atmosphere, is also about 10 minutes away. Alcamo Marina, known for its long sandy beaches, is just a short drive from the property.

The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.

To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.

Inside the property, you will also find a private parking area with an automatic gate, spacious enough to accommodate up to two large vehicles.
