The Space:

Windsurfer's Rest is a single-storey holiday home comprising a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and air fryer, a dining area for six guests, and a sitting area with a TV and pull-out bed. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is allocated parking for one car, with additional parking available by arrangement. On-site facilities include live entertainment, a restaurant, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles, a pub in 0.4 miles, and the beach in 1.1 miles. Fuel and power, and bed linen are all included in the price. Windsurfer's Rest is a well-equipped base for a family escape to Hampshire. Note: Highchair and travel cot available at a charge of 15GBP each per week or short break. Note: Babies must be included in total number of guests. Note: Group bookings may be subject to restrictions. Note: The pull-out bed sleeps an extra two guests. Note: Towels are not included. Note: The caravan décor may differ slightly to the one photographed, however all advertised facilities will be provided.



The Neighborhood:

Hayling Island rests south of Havant, in-between the delightful Langstone and Chichester Harbours with views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight with an abundance of attractions to suit all the family. Being a traditional seaside resort - this island is home to three notable beaches, perfect for walkers and nature lovers. The four-mile-long Hayling Billy coastal path is another haven for walkers and cyclists and the location also offers plenty of sporting opportunities, from windsurfing and sailing to kite surfing and golf. Children have plenty to keep themselves occupied including roller coaster rides at the Funland amusement park. The market town of Emsworth is nestled on Hampshire's border close by, boasting narrow streets, a harbourside, charming pubs, restaurants and specialist shops, certainly worth a visit.
