Set on a single level, the home features an air-conditioned living area with woven fiber sofas, red cushions, and a Smart TV with Dish Network and Apple TV. Large bay windows open to the pool terrace with panoramic views of the sea. The indoor dining area seats six, located next to the fully equipped kitchen with a central island. At the rear of the living space, there's a quiet office nook with a view of the garden. Both bedrooms have Euro-king beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, HD TVs, air conditioning, and walk-in wardrobes. Each bedroom opens directly onto the terrace and pool area, creating a serene and private atmosphere.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the swimming pool, terrace with loungers, covered outdoor dining and lounge areas, and a private path leading directly to the beach. Private parking is available at the entrance.

Other Things to Note:

Air conditioning is available throughout the property and should be used responsibly by keeping doors and windows closed while in use and turning it off when away. Excessive or improper use may result in deductions from the security deposit. In case of technical issues not caused by the guest, the owner will address repairs promptly. No compensation will be provided unless the system is unusable for over 48 hours during high temperatures. Free Wi-Fi is provided for reasonable and lawful use only. The owner is not responsible for service interruptions beyond their control.
