Set behind electric gates with sweeping driveways, this Victorian home and detached annexe sit in about 0.65 acres of established gardens with open countryside views.
Recently refurbished to a high standard, it’s designed for relaxed group stays, with plenty of social space and flexible sleeping options for up to 18 guests across the main house and The Pitstop annexe. All beds, mattresses and bedding are brand new for a great night’s sleep.

The Gorse is set just off Chichester Road in Sidlesham, tucked back from the lane so traffic noise is minimal while still being very easy to reach nearby villages, harbours and amenities. You’re a short drive from Chichester, the Witterings and Goodwood, with a village pub within easy walking distance.
You can easily drive to all these places from the house:

✔ Chichester Marina (10 min away)
✔ West Wittering Beach (15–20 min away)
✔ East Wittering village & beach (10–15 min away)

Although both properties together sleeps 18, one bedroom has 2 x children's bunks. As such a maximum of 14 adults and 4 children are able to stay.
