Spacious, modern, luxurious and stylish, this pristine new-build in Porthleven makes a fantastic base for a holiday discovering Cornwall''s southern coast. Porthleven is a tourist hotspot thanks to its bustling harbour (500 metres), rich maritime history and gloriously slow rhythm of life, making it wonderful for savouring Cornish coastal living. With space for up to eight and two doggies, you can treat your family to a quintessential seaside experience or book a fun-filled holiday among friends.
Completed in 2024, this charming home combines contemporary elegance with thoughtful design, including an upside-down layout for maximum view enjoyment. From the paved parking area, step into a bright hallway leading to four beautifully designed bedrooms. You might have to toss a coin for the master suite, which boasts a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and direct access to the garden. The remaining three bedrooms (a king-size, a double and a twin) share a sleek bathroom featuring a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. Head upstairs to discover the spectacular open-plan living area, with its charming vaulted ceiling, corner sofa, Smart TV and Sky package. This space is flooded with natural light from multiple skylights and a picture window framing the iconic Porthleven Clock Tower and sea views.
