Un havre de paix exclusif proche du point le plus chaud et le plus au sud de l'Angleterre, Parc Bean propose un hébergement de luxe indépendant dans un cadre unique à l'ouest de Cornwall. La maison dispose d'un superbe emplacement donnant sur la côte des Cornouailles et des commandes mer à couper le souffle et des vues côtières. Situé à la pointe de la péninsule de Lizard (un espace de beauté naturelle exceptionnelle), Parc Bean est un endroit idyllique.

Ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale, salon à aire ouverte, vue panoramique depuis de vastes fenêtres.

La propriété est équipée de Sky TV, wi-fi, lecteur DVD et un poêle à bois.

Deux minutes de marche jusqu'à la plage (Non Swimming Beach, mais magnifique pour se promener, chien amical et vous pouvez souvent apercevoir des phoques, et même vu une baleine!). Sentiers côtiers dans les deux sens avec de belles promenades et des vues à couper le souffle. 5 minutes en voiture et 20 minutes à pied de la plage de baignade en toute sécurité très adapté aux enfants. Lovely pub à cinq minutes à pied avec une excellente cuisine. 15 minutes en voiture et 45 minutes belle promenade à travers les chemins de la falaise avec une vue imprenable sur le pittoresque port de Porthleven, les boutiques et les restaurants, y compris Rick Stein.

Absolutely gorgeous!

Such a wonderful, picturesque and quiet spot. Cannot fault this lovely house and the ever changing views of the ocean from the large windows - we had a great week. All the beds were super comfy and clean. On arrival the owner had provided us with more than ample provisions in the pantry and the fridge, which were greatly appreciated. We have no hesitation in highly recommending a stay in Parc Bean.

Peace and tranquility

We booked Parc Bean due to its location and we were not disappointed at all, from the moment we arrived we felt relaxed, listening to the sea and seeing how it changes without any interruption was breathtaking. We were lucky to see seals too and our dog loved her morning walks on the beach before exploring the local coastlines. This was a special trip to celebrate my dads love of Cornwall and Parc Bean allowed us to create new memories that will live with us forever, this is a unique magical home that made us all smile, thank you.

The property (Parc Bean) is just plain Stunning! The location is private, open and yet secure. The grandkids (4 & 6) loved playing in the well-maintained yard and playing on the nearby pebble beach. The upstairs master bedroom looks out over the ocean and down the beach and the cove. The kitchen worked well for the 6 of us. The furniture was inviting and comfortable. The only issue I had with this property is that we planned to visit many of the amazing nearby sites. The house is so completely enjoyable, with the beach and the ocean side hiking we ended up just staying "home" for 4 of our 7 days. this really is a Home away from Home.

Beautiful vacation home

This house is so lovely and welcoming, and the location is absolutely amazing! The views are fabulous and there are great coastal walks close by--the South West Coast Path runs right by the property. It was the perfect spot for us (married couple and 16-year-old son) for a week away. And our dogs absolutely loved it--nice lush garden for comfy naps with the sea breeze blowing in their ears. :) (Property is fully fenced with closeable car gate.) We enjoyed a really lovely Easter week in this gorgeous home and would happily return.

Magical location and beautiful house

This property is stunning. The location has to be seen to be believed. Panoramic, uninterrupted sea views with the most spectacular sunsets. The house is very spacious and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and there are ample bathrooms. Communication with the owners was easy and they are so friendly and helpful. The beach is on your doorstep and very quiet. What more could you ask for?! Thank you Anthony and Georgina.

Wonderful

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house. Stunning views from every window and magical to watch the seals from the patio. The beach is great and never busy, the dog loved it. The house is really comfortable and very well equipped. The welcome hamper was a lovely added bonus and very well received. WOW!!!! Simply breathtaking

I could not recommend this property high enough, simply one of the best weeks holiday we've ever had. A stunning property with extremely thoughtful professional owners, at 1 point even calling us in the middle of Storm Ebert to check we were Ok!! Communication prior to arrive was also faultless. Parc Bean is immaculate inside and out, with sumptuous furnishings and high end luxury toiletries. The main living area was extremely well equipped with a brand new TV which included Netflix & Amazon accounts pre-loaded (My kids loved this). The Kitchen had every appliance you could wish for and there was a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage, which came in handy. There were more than enough Bathrooms all including lovely White Company toiletries and towels which was a great touch and all bedrooms were similarly luxuriously decorated. A little tip, if you are travelling as part of a group, make sure you arrive early to bag the main bedroom which enjoys fantastic beach and sea views. The pictures do not do this house justice it is fabulous!! The only downside is that my wife and kids now demand that we maintain these levels of luxury for future holidays.

View to die for

Very welcoming house with those WOW views! Incredible location, easy access to so many places & daily walks on the cliff path/beach. Close to a good pub too. Well equipped with fantastic comfortable beds (not always the case!) Plenty of room for our large family to spread out, & a dog-proof garden. We couldn’t have wanted more (except maybe a few slightly larger towels!!) Higy recommend.

Beautiful house, fantastic location

This was the perfect week away for a three generational family. Everyone loved the house and the location - made even better by the amazing weather. Watching the sun go down on the veranda was a perfect end to many perfect days, and being able to hear the sea at night in bed was lovely. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic house!

The location of this place is extraordinary. Views of the sea from most of the windows and the sound of the waves to go to sleep to. The Cornish weather wasn’t the best but staying in was still enjoyable. We even got to see dolphins and a seal from the window. The house really has the feel of a family home and was very welcoming. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and a dog. The dog rated the beach 10/10! We had some wonderful food in Porthleven too.- The Harbourside Refuge , Kota and Kota Kai.

Wonderful family holiday home in an enviable location

This luxuriously appointed house has everything you need for a fabulous holiday! It has been attractively and uniquely renovated, with sumptuous bedding, indulgent toiletries and a triple-aspect master bedroom that will make you feel as though you are on a private yacht out of James Bond. We had three generations of our family staying: the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were convenient for Granny, whilst the children loved the garden. Tucked away down a secluded track, the house has a clifftop location right next to the South West Coast path.

Beautiful house in a stunning location

Parc Bean is a beautiful property in the most stunning location, right by a dog friendly (and quiet) beach in a lovely village, not to mention right on the coastal path. Expansive views means there is always something to look at, whatever the weather.

A very special place, a truly wonderful holiday home

Such a wonderful comfortable holiday home with a breathtaking sea view and sea air that is so invigorating it refreshes every bone in your body. In the evening the sunsets are incredible. Everything in the house is thought about and carefully considered, even a full larder on arrival and the beds are comfortable which is so important. A real treat to stay in such a wonderful holiday home, oh and the wildlife is amazing! We feel quite priviaged to have been able to stay there. Thank you so much to the Andrew's family and Debbi who is just wonderful.
