Hang up coats and place walking boots in the spacious hallway before heading through the bright and airy open-plan living space. Beneath the beamed ceiling is a practical kitchen where you can create culinary delights, a two-seater dining table, and a lounge area with two comfortable armchairs and a Smart TV. Spend evenings tucking into tasty meals or watching movies together. To the other end of the property is a bedroom with super-king bed and plenty of storage space, and an elegant shower room. You’ll remain warm whatever the weather as there is underfloor heating throughout the property. Outside of the patio door you will find a lovely, paved terrace area with a table and chairs, and far-reaching views across the surrounding fields and countryside.


Set in the pretty hamlet of Garras, you will be surrounded by rolling hills and an abundance of walking and cycling routes suitable for activity fans and nature lovers. The old town of Helston is 5 miles away and has lots of shops and eateries to enjoy. If you love days beside the seaside, visit Porthleven (7 miles) which has a stretch of sandy shoreline that meets the stunning Loe Bar.
