Situated on a quiet lane, in the village of Martlesham, just on the outskirts of Woodbridge, this family friendly home for up to eight is the perfect place to escape to the countryside. The village itself has a great pub just 100 metres away serving food and drinks, as well as a takeaway for those nights you fancy a night off cooking. A little further afield (1.3 miles) there is a range of shops, where you can stock up on essentials for your stay. The charming sailing village of Waldringfield is nearby (3.1 miles) and is a lovely place to walk along the estuary spotting a host of wildlife. If you love being on the water, you can hire paddleboards or take a boat tour and cruise along the Deben River viewing this wonderful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.


This excellent self-catering accommodation for up to eight has all you could need during your stay. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner with a separate dining room for your efforts to be enjoyed. The sitting room has space for everyone, so snuggle up on the squishy sofas, following a day of exploring and watch a great movie on the smart TV. If you need to work remotely whilst away or even just want to find some peace and quiet to read, a handy office with a desk and armchair is available too. Four bedrooms; three doubles and one bunk bedroom, are on offer at this generous family friendly holiday home, making this the ideal spot for a large group or two families looking to come together.
