This attractive ground-floor apartment is perfect for a group of friends or a small family to enjoy all of the charms of St Ives. Tucked away off of the main thoroughfare, this home feels quiet and calm but enjoys a very central location. Situated within the former Parish School it is 50 metres from Pednolva Walk and the Parish Church and close to the harbour, beaches and shops.
It is approached by a total of eight steps into the residents' quiet granite-walled planted courtyard.
Living/Kitchen/Dining Area: The living area overlooks the courtyard and has with seating for four adults, a dining table and chairs, plus a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is open plan with a two person breakfast bar, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, spin dryer and airing cupboard.
Bedroom 1: This room overlooks the courtyard with 4ft 6in divan.
Bedroom 2: With a 4ft divan with 2ft 6in bunk over (suitable for a child only) with a table and lamp and heated drying rail.
Bathroom: Shower cubicle, shaving point and WC.
The apartment has a lockable store and space under steps to 2 Redfern Court for housing beach equipment, pushchair or shortboards. There is a seat in the shared courtyard for enjoying a coffee or sundowner.
