The upper floor welcomes you with one of two private entrances, conveniently connected to the villa’s dedicated parking area. Inside, the reception area leads to three spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and private en-suite bathroom. Additional single beds and a cozy bunk bed in the main hallway provide extra sleeping space for families or groups. A crib and high chair are available upon request to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

This floor includes a charming internal terrace, accessible from both the hallway and the main bedroom.

Downstairs, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook at home and a spacious living room complete with an additional queen-size sofa bed. This level also includes a fourth bathroom with a shower and laundry room. 

For year-round comfort, all bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and high-speed wifi.



Just off the kitchen, step onto a private outdoor terrace with a dining table and sun umbrella—perfect for enjoying breakfast in the fresh mountain air or an alfresco dinner under the stars.



Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared garden, including a lush garden filled with fruit trees, organic vegetables, and a play area for children—making this the ideal escape for families looking to slow down, reconnect, and soak up the beauty of Lake Como.

Breakfast? Lunch? Our welcome package includes coffee, tea, snacks, dried pasta and tomato sauce, water, prosecco or wine (subject to availability) so you can choose what you need upon arrival.
