A sleek integrated Kitchen with dining area for 10 sets the scene for effortless dinner parties. Guests will find the designer Kitchen equipped with eye-level oven, hob, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and American fridge freezer.
A lower ground floor play room offers added space and amusement for families and young guests.

To the villa’s 1st floor, a Double lake view bedroom with balcony features next to a family bathroom with bath tub and shower, alongside another Double lake view bedroom with balcony, a modern shower room and a lake view Double bedroom with fireplace.

To the 2nd floor, a lake view bedroom with Double bed leads directly to a contemporary Kitchenette and pleasant Living space, alongside a family bathroom shared by the 5th bedroom which comprises of a Double bedroom with partial lake views. A service WC also accompanies the bedrooms on this floor.

Outside, the 3-storey villa features an alfresco dining set with BBQ for up to 12, and proximity to a public parking space.

Strategically placed 15 minutes from the tourist attractions of the Central Lake and 29 minutes from Como city, the villa sets the scene for laid-back lake getaways.

Guests looking to savour authentic-fine Italian cuisine during their stay are well placed for reaching the family-friendly Pizzerias of upmarket Laglio, Cernobbio and Argegno. Fine Italian dining with a contemporary twist is also the ‘special of the day’ at the temptingly close lakeside restaurant, ‘Crotto dei Platani’ (3 minutes’ drive away).

From the scenic main lake road of Brienno, guests can also take themselves off to explore; via bus or car. The gorgeous western shore is home to the up-market resort villages of Laglio, Carate Urio, Moltrasio and Cernobbio (9-15 minutes’ drive away) and the world-class villa attractions, central lake ferry links and dedicated lidos along the beautiful central lake (15 minutes’ drive away).

Just 29 minutes’ drive away, Como is an elegant city which enjoys a wide choice of boutique and high street shops, alongside a wide variety of restaurants and cafe-lined piazzas, and frequent carefree train and road links to Milan and its airports (Malpensa is 49 minutes’ drive, Bergamo airport is 1 hr 26 minutes’ drive).
